No, we are not lawyers and do not have the authority to represent you in a courtroom or in legal proceedings. If you need assistance in finding a lawyer, we can certainly provide you with a list of firms local to you.

Is mediation always successful?

Unfortunately not. Mediation is not always successful. A successful mediation requires both parties to come to the table with open minds and understanding toward the other party.

Absolutely! We understand that on occasion finding childcare or getting time off work is difficult - and we are happy to do our best to accommodate your busy schedule. We will talk through our virtual meeting waiver should you select virtual mediation.
We accept debit, credit, and e-transfer. We do not accept cash or cheque at this time, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We do have specific criteria that clients need to meet to qualify for subsidy. If you think you may qualify, please inquire!
Yes, mediation is 100% voluntary and no one can force you to attend or participate.
No - you are not required to have a lawyer to participate in mediation. With this, we always recommend that you obtain independent legal advice (ILA) to ensure you are understanding of your rights and obligations throughout the litigation process.
